text-indent: -15px;\"><strong>\uff13\u3000\u4e89\u70b9<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>\u672c\u4ef6\u6069\u7d66\u304c\u3001ICJ\u898f\u7a0b32\u6761\uff18\u306b\u3088\u308a\u975e\u8ab2\u7a0e\u3068\u306a\u308b\u304b\u5426\u304b\u3002\u5177\u4f53\u7684\u306b\u306f\u3001\u540c\u6761\uff18\u306b\u5b9a\u3081\u308b\u300cThe above allowances\u300d\u306b\u3001\u540c\u6761\uff17\u306b\u5b9a\u3081\u308b\u300cretirement pensions\u300d\u304c\u542b\u307e\u308c\u308b\u304b\u5426\u304b\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>ICJ\u898f\u7a0b32\u6761\u306f\u3001\u4ee5\u4e0b\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u898f\u5b9a\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3002<br \/>\n<div class=\"box_ box clear\" style=\"font-size:15px; line-height:25px;-moz-border-radius: 5px; border-radius: 5px;background-color:#FFFFFF;color:#000000;border-color:#333399;\">\n\t\t<p style=\"margin-left: 30px; text-indent: -30px; margin-bottom: 3px;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">\uff08\uff41\uff09<\/span>\u3000ICJ\u898f\u7a0b32\u6761\uff11: Each member of the Court shall receive an <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">annual salary<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30px; text-indent: -30px; margin-bottom: 3px;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">\uff08\uff42\uff09<\/span>\u3000\u540c\u6761\uff12: The President shall receive a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">special annual allowance<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30px; text-indent: -30px; margin-bottom: 3px;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">\uff08\uff43\uff09<\/span>\u3000\u540c\u6761\uff13: The Vice President shall receive a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">special allowance<\/span> for every day on which he acts as President.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30px; text-indent: -30px; margin-bottom: 3px;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">\uff08\uff44\uff09<\/span>\u3000\u540c\u6761\uff14: The Judges chosen under Article 31, other than members of the Court, shall receive <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">compensation<\/span> for each day on which they exercise their functions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30px; text-indent: -30px; margin-bottom: 3px;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">\uff08\uff45\uff09<\/span>\u3000\u540c\u6761\uff15: These salaries, allowances, and compensation shall be fixed by the General Assembly. They may not be decreased during the term of office.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30px; text-indent: -30px; margin-bottom: 3px;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">\uff08\uff46\uff09<\/span>\u3000\u540c\u6761\uff16\uff1a The salary of Registrar shall be fixed by the General Assembly on the proposal of the Court.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30px; text-indent: -30px; margin-bottom: 3px;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">\uff08\uff47\uff09<\/span>\u3000\u540c\u6761\uff17: Regulations made by the General Assembly shall fix the conditions under which <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">retirement pensions<\/span> may be given to members of the Court and the Registrar, and the conditions under which members of the Court and the Registrar shall have their travelling expenses refunded.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30px; text-indent: -30px; margin-bottom: 3px;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">\uff08\uff48\uff09<\/span>\u3000\u540c\u6761\uff18: <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The above<\/span> salaries, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">allowances<\/span>, and compensation <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">shall be free of all taxation<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"margin-left: 15px; text-indent:
